SUZY AND THE LIFEGUARD IS AWESOME!
Suzy and The Lifeguard is great stuff and it keeps things strong and healthy. Of course there are people who don't agree w/the product but I feel if those people really knew it, used it, have been around it, and understand it would appreciate and be happy with it. What a sexy bottle too huh???
Opposing View
I've used OPI nail lacquers for years without chipping or application difficulty by adhering to the following practices.
To prevent chipping, I apply a base coat of OPI Nail Envy to clean dry nails before applying two coats of nail lacquer. Any base coat should work equally well. I then apply a coat of Speedey by Creative Nail Designs overtop the laquer to protect the color from chipping and add extra shine. Granted, as a CPA, my nails aren't exposed to chemicals nor must I wash my hands as frequently as I might in another occupation.
Nail lacquer will thicken with repeated exposure to air, as occurs with each application. This is true of most, if not all brands of lacquer. To extend the product's use, I apply the lacquer away from a free flow of air. When the lacquer shows evidence of thickening, I dispose of it.
I hope the previous reviewer will try OPI Nail Lacquers again with a more satisfying experience.
