You get what you pay for
This is not a bad product. It certainly offers a bit of highlighting. Problem is, if you use powder over it, it covers most of the illuminating effects. If you use it over powder, it gets all cakey and gloopy. If you are only using a tinted moisturizer or something and no powder, this is a pretty good solution. I also had a lot of problems getting the makeup to come out consistently. You have to turn the dial a lot and then sometimes you get stuck with a giant glob of the makeup.
Please change the brush to a foam applicator
Like others, I had trouble getting it out and its hard to apply with the wispy brush, I end up using my finger or a liner brush because the brush attached is too soft. I hate that they made it look like you could line your lashes perfectly with this stuff, and while it does work great, the delivery method needs improved. You can wear it as a foundation for your eye makeup, dab in the corner of your eyes, run some along the upper and lower lid, or apply some to your lash line before adding shadow and liner. I try to line my lash lines and then put eye shadow over to blend the lines, I then use it in the corner of my eyes.
