this stuff is wonderful!!
i love this!! it is smooth, you don't have to wet your brush to apply it, it lasts ALL day, yet easy to remove with makeup remover. this by far is better than liquid eyeliner or the cake-y kind you have to wet to apply. a great find for women on the go!!!

I've been using Napoleon Perdis Gel Eyeliner, which I absolutely love. The only thing I don't love about it is the price. Napoleon Perdis is a high end cosmetic line, which I've used for years. However, because I was recently laid off and ran out of my eyeliner I needed to find another alternative. I've been an Avon Rep for awhile now and never even knew Avon carried a gel liner, so I tried it and absolutely love it. Better yet, the price is $30.00 cheaper than what I've been paying and the quality is just as good. Stays on all day and easy to apply. As much as I love my Napoleon Perdis products, I've made a switch to Avon again. Great quality, great price.
