Never seen anything like it!!!!!
THIS is the most amazing mascara!!!! It absolutely positively does NOT get black circles under your eyes... even when you cry or wash it off! The reason why: this mascara does not paint your lashes, it tubes them! The mascara goes on as a liquid,but it dries sort of like a rubber glove. When you wash your face, the little tubes wash off into the sink (it looks like your lashes are washing into the sink) and never onto your skin. It sounds crazy I know... but you HAVE to try it!!!!!
