Good color saturation; runs in a matter of a couple of hours
I bought this liner in black. It glides on very easily but I had trouble smudging it. Within a couple hour (probably less) it had run into the creases of my eyes. Not dependable for the price.
VERY NICE.
I have found that this eyeliner, for me, as worked quite well. It is bold, rich, and doesn't smudge. At first, I found that I had to continuously sharpen it because the tip was so soft it would dull very quickly. I was very disappointed at first because of that and because it seemed to smudge a lot. But then I started to apply it with a lighter hand, and that made ALL the difference. Now, it never smudges, I rarely have to sharpen it, and I still get a bold look! Thank goodness! I can even go in the pool without it smudging or giving me racoon eyes! This eyeliner really is amazing once you learn how to apply it.
