Extremely shimmery...could be good or bad
I recently ordered three products from Classified because they were running a special if you bought all three: primer, shimmer & foundation. They just arrived today. I'll have to experiment some more, but I can definitely say this platinum shimmer is too shimmery. The Classified tips said to apply primer, then shimmer, then foundation. Seemed backwards, but I thought perhaps it was to tone down the shimmer. Well, I did it the way they said, and I'm VERY shiny even though the foundation is over top. Luckily I am going to be in costume for a school Halloween party, so it is not out of line...but it is too weird for every day. Maybe for evening, or maybe for decolletage, but not for the face, even when covered by a layer of foundation.
Tomorrow I will be trying just the primer and foundation and I'll put my review of that on the appropriate pages, but this shimmer is not really a keeper for me. I can only imagine how it would have looked if I'd done the foundation first, then the shimmer...ack!
