THIS is the most amazing mascara!!!! It absolutely positively does NOT get black circles under your eyes... even when you cry or wash it off! The reason why: this mascara does not paint your lashes, it tubes them! The mascara goes on as a liquid,but it dries sort of like a rubber glove. When you wash your face, the little tubes wash off into the sink (it looks like your lashes are washing into the sink) and never onto your skin. It sounds crazy I know... but you HAVE to try it!!!!!

Good, but...
Good, as long as you wipe the wand first, otherwise it makes too many lashes stick together. This isn't as good a product as Kanebo's similar mascara.

Excellent product
This item is the best eyeliner I have ever used!!! Glides on easily and NEVER comes off until you gently wash it off at night (slight pressure and water, easily comes off!) I will never go back to traditional eyeliners again!!

Love this Blue Waterproof Eyeliner!
I have been looking for a pretty blue waterproof eyeliner (not navy) for years and I finally found it! I love this stuff. It lasts all day and comes off easily. No smudging or flaking off! The brush is perfect for drawing a very fine line above your lashes or under the bottom eyelashes. It goes on smoothly with no mistakes. It's so easy to put on, I highly recommend it. And the blue is a great color. I wish it wasn't as expensive as it is, but it's definately worth it because it's exactly what I wanted. I'm tired of using black all the time - how boring! I've gotten so many compliments on my eyes since I've been using the blue eyeliner. I hope they never stop making this.

I am so glad to find BLUE blinc mascara. The huge Sephora store in the mall only has black. This kind of mascara is awesome- no bleeding in the rain or from crying, and NO cleanser needed to remove (which irritates my very sensitive eyes!)
