Illuminating Tinted Moisturizer - Warm Radiance

Great product!5
I've been using this for a few weeks and I'm very impressed by it. It looks very natural and does a great job of evening out the skin tone. It definitely makes the skin look radiant. The only issue I have with it is that it can settle into the pores. I have to use the primer underneath to prevent my pores from showing too much. It also works great when I mix it with my LM oil free foundation. It adds a little bit of 'brightness' to ordinary foundation without being too sparkly.

Awesome product!5
Makes your skin look radiant and youthful and is not greasy. I love this product!

Works best as an additive to a long wearing foundation!5
I Love love LOVE this tinted moisturizer! On it's own it's o.k., but do agree it can be a bit too sparkly worn that way. It does do a superb job at evening out my skin tone, though!

I might add that I own over 10 foundations (two Chanel, four MAC, two Clinique, other Laura Mercier etc..) and my favorite way to wear this tinted moisturizer, is believe it or not, with Revlon's Colorstay foundation!

It truly is my Holy Grail mixture. It achieves a brightness and subtle glow that lasts you literally all day long, which most other foundations that claim to be "dewy" or "radiant" lack.

Also, the tinted moisturizer has almost 2 oz, which you really are getting more money's worth as most foundations only contain 1 oz, so even though it's $42, you're almost getting double the product.

First foundation I've loved!5
This isn't greasy or drying and the color match for me is great. I use Vanilla Beige and have had a very hard time finding a color that didn't turn ashey on me or look too yellow.
I'd recommend trying to find this foundation first locally so that you can be sure of the color. Sunny Beige did turn grey on me. That isn't to say it would do that on you, just that you need to try it in person (and give it at least 15 minutes to set) before you know for sure.

Excellent coverage5
Along with Chanel, this is one of the best oil-free foundations I have ever used. It really gives a flawless coverage and the color stays true even after several hours. It is highly pigmented and the coverage is buildable so you can apply it sheer to heavy depending on your skin need. I have combination skin and I find that my t-zone doesn't get oily too quickly. Another thing I like is the pump bottle which is more hygienic. I find that my skin also looks great in photos when I'm wearing this.

However, make sure that your skin is well-moisturized because this tends to highlight dry areas. Also, if your skin is prone to breakouts, ask for a sample first to see how your skin reacts. When I first started using this, I ended up breaking out after a couple of weeks that's why I switched to Chanel. But I guess it's different for everyone because my friend, whose skin is more sensitive than mine, doesn't seem to have any problem. I'm currently alternating this with my Chanel foundation and so far haven't had any problems.

Feel like a STAR!5
This is the first foundation I have ever truly loved! The first time I purchased this oil-free foundation it was hard to trust the rave reviews. Most foundations leave your face feeling oily and unclean, but not this one!

If I could give you one piece of advice about this particular foundation, it would be to purchase the setting powder along with it. The two go hand in hand, like peanut butter and jelly. You just can't have one without the other. The foundation is amazing, providing flawless coverage, however I would be a liar if I told you that you will never experience "Makeup-Meltdown" with the foundation alone. That's where the setting powder comes in. Top off your look by sprinkling a bit of the setting powder onto a velour puff and give your foundation a velvet finish. With these two items, you'll leave your house feeling like a star!!

VERY good, but not quite great4
This eyeliner really matches the description, it goes on super smooth and doesn't tug or drag. I was told at the counter that it was "water resistant" but it's really not. I used to wear it under my lower eyelashes, but by the end of the day, it would be totally smudged and gross. I would even try to put powder over it, but to no avail. However, in defense of Laura, I am over 40 and the fine lines below my eyes aren't friendly to many pencil eye liners. I was just hoping against hope that Laura's would be different! So, now I only use it over the upper lid!

Totally Addictive5
This pencil in black turquoise is amazing. Not flat black, not cheap turquoise... more like a rich, deep, soft black with a teal undertone. You would never think turquoise once it's on, but it makes my brown eyes pop like nothing else I've ever tried. I was wearing it when I agreed to a free makeover at Bergdorf's in NY, and the NARS makeup artist was so intrigued she actually asked me what it was. When I said Laura Mercier, she murmured "no wonder." I have spent so much on cheap eye pencils that end up in the trash... no more. One of these every couple of months when I'm due for a treat! (Nothing from NARS even came close for the eyes, but I did buy their famous blush.)

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G5
OK, so I'm totally used to using a black eyeliner and I have green eyes and light skin, so I started to realized that it's a bit too much for an everyday wear. I decided to layer my black eyeliner with this eyeliner and WOW! I've been getting sooooo many compliments! It gives that unique glow to the top lids and if you line the bottom lid (back and forth light strokes) it looks even better. Good luck and I'm certainly hoping this color will never be d/c'd. I love getting Laura Mercier products because it alllways comes with some sort of a free gift and I end up buying it too!Goodluck!

Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation - Beige Ivory

Customer Reviews

Definately the best full coverage foundation on the market5
All I have to say is WOW. I do not have bad skin, but from years of sunbathing, I have have a LOT of hyperpigmentation (dark spots). I have tried literally every foundation out there from MAC Studio FX, Stila, Bare Escentuals, Amazing Cosmetics, Lancome, Clinique...plus every drugstore brand (yes every single one!!).

I am a makeup fanatic, I love makeup, and many people state I should be a makeup artist-the one downfall has always been the inability to fully cover the dark spots up. There are so many that there is NO way I would have time in the morning to go through and get all of them with concealer. After the first 5 or so I get bored of "concealing" and start slapping on the foundation.

I have oily skin, and prefer lighter feeling foundations. This foundation went on very smoothly-I forgot to use a primer, but apparently this made no difference. So this foundation went on smoothly, and blended very very well. It does let your own skin somewhat "shine" through-I have a mole on my face which shows after the foundation was put on, however the mole didnt look as if it was covered in makeup. It gives you a luminous look, without giving you the appearance of enlarged pores (Which I do have). So once on-you have a wonderful healthy glow.

I put the foundation on at 5 am, and it is now 5 pm. It has stayed put ALL day, all I used was the last of my Bare Escentuals mineral veil to set it in the morning. Because of my super oily skin, usually by the end of the day my makeup has changed colours (turned darker from the oil), and has stopped providing full coverage.

I am absolutely impressed, I adore this foundation, and it makes my skin look absolutely flawless!!

Oh yes one last thing-I am asian, and this foundation actually has enough yellow in it to match my skin tone. I do not look orangey or pink (FOR ONCE).

If you want a full-coverage foundation-look no further this is the one!

This product is worth the price5
I tried this product for the first time 3 days ago and am impressed with it. The coverage is flawless, luminous, and very natural-looking. Only a small amount of the product is necessary for great coverage. This product does not give a "caked on" appearance, and it performed well in humid weather.

Great foundation5
I've looked high and low for a foundation that would provide great coverage without looking caked on. This is an excellent foundation, very creamy, easy to apply and natural looking on the face. A little goes a long way.

Lip Stain - Mulberry

Pretty colors3
I bought "Mulberry" and "Sugar Violet". Both are beautiful colors that go on more sheer than what the color in the pot indicates. I thought the lip stain lasted a long time, even though I drank coffee all morning. I gave it only 3 stars because even though it's supposed to feel balmy; once the creaminess wears off, it feels dry on my lips.

Good on the go product !5
Just bought this stain in the Mulberry color and I love it ! Lip stains are not meant to be an "all day long wear" product. It stays on longer than a lipstick but is sheerer and not as sticky as a gloss. Sometimes I just want to throw a little color on my lips and not have my hair stuck in it the first time I walk out into a breeze. I even applied this to my cheeks and it gave them a great glow !

A Powder to Lessen Eye Lines and Dark Shadows? Yes. Really.5
Laura Mercier's heavenly and lightweight Secret Brightening Powder makes your under eye area look bright and naturally radiant. If you suffer from chronic dark under eye circles like I do you'll love how this powder weightlessly increases the coverage of under eye cover products while adding soft focus lightening and brightening. It helps concealer to dramatically reduce the appearance of dark under eye circles as it sets concealer to keep it in place all day!

Unlike other powders which can accentuate the look of dryness and lines in the eye area, Laura Mercier's specially formulated under eye powder gives a soft focus to fine lines and minimizes imperfections. The powder is ground to the micronised level so it won't settle in the fine lines to emphasize like other powders can so easily do.

Usage Instructions:
Keep in mind a little of this product goes a very long way. Pat powder lightly on the area of application without dragging or tugging across skin. Laura recommends using her Camouflage Powder Brush which I agree makes any powder applied in the eye area look softer and less heavy while guarenteeing a soft and even application. It helps you get just the right amount applied. Secret Brightening Powder is great under the eye where allergies, stress, and lack of sleep show up quickly. Ideally this is used to set Laura's Secret Brightener (a lightening brush wand highlighter), Secret Concealer (Laura's fantastic under eye concealer), and/or Secret Camouflage (Laura's famous and award winning camouflage coverup.)

Remember, if you get enough of anything packed on in one spot it will show up so only use a little bit. I recommend tapping the above mentioned brush into the fine film of powder on the inside of the lid. [With the lid in place, tip the jar upside down and then right side up again. When you remove the lid you'll notice a fine film of powder there.] Rarely do I need more than this. Even though the container is smaller than the average face powder, it has lasted me a very long time even with constant use. I also use it to set creme shadows and eye shadow bases with the end result being a very `clean' eye look that resists creases. The silky texture also makes applying powder eye shadow a dream! As a makeup artist I've used this powder all around the eyes of women of a broad range of skin tones (from pale Irish to deep African American) and different ages (from teen to great grandma) all having varying degrees of lines, bags, and dark circles and still got the same fabulous results every time. Secret Brightening Powder is also appropriate for all skin types. It's rare that one product works well on everyone.

Finer Points:
-Micronized Pigments provide a soft weightless texture that won't settle into lines . . . really.
-Silicone Polymers provide an out of this world, slippy, silky feel.
-White Transparent Pigment offers an invisible lightening effect on the skin without the look of ashiness. The formulation is so sheer that it works on any and all skin tones. Instantly opens up your eyes.

Great Stuff5
I would never have tried this but for some glowing reviews on the Makeup Alley website. This is a very finely milled white powder with a luminous (not glittery!) sheen to it that gives the eye area a nice pop. I apply mine with a small eyeshadow brush over my concealer. I don't use the LM concealer, but I still get excellent results. This lasts a really long time since such a small amount is needed, so you get your money's worth. If you have dark circles, this is for you!

I'VE GOT A SECRET !5

Ever come across something you're so delighted with that you can't imagine how you ever got along without it? My recent discovery is Laura Mercier's Secret Brightening Powder. Her concealers have always been tops on my list, but this Brightening Powder puts them in the stratosphere!

This is an extremely light powder especially formulated to set concealers while maximizing staying power and coverage. In addition, it adds a lightness and brightness which is very attractive.

I was reluctant at first lest the powder settle into those "laugh lines" around the eyes. Needn't have worried - the powder is soft, silky, and feels like air on the skin.

Thank you, Laura!

Customer Reviews

Perfect Product5
This product is wonderful -- well worth the double-digit pricetag. It does everything the package promises, but better than I expected! A few days after using the primer, I noticed a reduction in blemishes on my face because it acts as a barrier against dirt and oil. It also keeps my face looking fresh all day. I use it with Laura Mercier's Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer and the result is skin to DIE for!

Very Good Primer !5
This is the first time that I have used a primer and today is the first day that I am trying this. So far it has kept my oily skin in check for 9 hours since I first put it on at 7 am. My skin is dewy but not oily and my makeup went on incredibly easy. I wear mineral makeup and had no application problems. This is definitely worth the price and the bottle is a really good size, so I know that it will last me awhile. By the way, A little bit goes a long way.

Harmless, but unnecessary product.3
I don't usually bother to review products online, but felt compelled to do so when I read the other 5 star reviews of this product. I am 41 years old, and my skin is still fairly oily. I have minimal lines and sun damage. I do, however, still have breakouts, particularly from many skin products (moisturizers, sunscreens, foundations--you name it) on the market. My skin can be very sensitive, & my "product-related" breakouts are the under-the-skin, cystic, and very painful sort. After years of searching in vain for a foundation, I found and use the Laura Mercier oil-free foundation. It has performed perfectly on my skin. I decided to buy the oil-free primer to extend the hours the foundation would look flawless, although I never really had a problem with it wearing out. I suppose I bought into the Laura Mercier marketing deal. While the LM oil-free foundation primer did not cause breakouts, I felt it made my foundation last a shorter, rather than a longer amount of time. After the first two uses, I put it away for a month, using only the LM oil-free foundation. I tried it again, and this time I was sure....it made the foundation wear off my face more quickly than without it. Therefore, I would not purchase this product again...too much money to not enough performance.

Eye Basics - Wheat

Excellent Eyeshadow Base5
I bought the Eye Basics in Wheat after trying out my friend's. It works very well as an eyeshadow base, and just as well on its own. My eyeshadow lasted much longer when I used the Eye Basics as a base. On its own, it covers up imperfections on the lid - veins, redness, etc. - and gives you a much more polished, awake look. Concealers are usually too thick for use on the lid, and this product was just perfect, not too creamy, not too thick. I did not notice any caking or creasing either. I've also used the lighter color, Linen, just on the inside corners of my eyes to brighten them up.

Love this product5
This is the greatest eye primer around.I have been afraid to experiment with eye primer, for fear that they would give my 61 year old eyelids to made up and cakey a look.

Well I was wrong. This comes in a tube like the gloss lipsticks. It is very east to apply and does not cake, as well as it has botanicals in it that help the lids to appear younger.

I had the demo at the Laura Mercier counter and was very surprised at the result, so ordered this product.

The eye primers come in different shades and the one I have is Buff.It matches my skin tone and so does not appear thick on eyelids. And the bonus is your eye shadow really does stay on for all day, with creases or just fading away....

I will buy more....

Best Eye Base Ever5
This is by far the best eye lid base I've tried and I've tried a lot! It goes on smoothly, covers dark spots, veins, etc.and even helps smooth out "the droop". Brightens the entire eye and is a neutral color. It also helps my eye shadow stay on all day. Perfect!

Laura Mercier Mineral Powder SPF 15 - Tender Rose

flawless finish5
Laura Mercier is my favorite line, because it is made with "skin sensitivity" in mind. If you want mineral powder, but want something different from bare minerals, this is it! The ultra-fine mineral powder sets my makeup (tinted moisturizer from L.M.) and creates a porcelain-like finish. I use it with a powder brush (you can buy the L.M. powder brush $52) or find a cheaper alternative, and lightly apply it in a circular motion all over your face, after doing my eyeshadow, and then I apply powder blush. It doesn't irritate my skin (as I have eczema), and a small amount of this goes a long way. The size of the container is almost as big as the base of your normal coffee mug, so that's a lot of product. And the container is good for travel because you can twist the inner cover to cover the holes which distribute the powder. So far, I've had mines since Feb. 2007 and I'm no where close to being done with it.

Light yet complete coverage, lovely!5
tried this product thinking it would be like the other mineral foundations and powders I've tried, but was pleasantly surprised. I love the touted benefits of these products: healing your skin, preventing aging, SPF protection, etc.. but could never find one that didn't make me look like grandma with her pancake makeup (bless her heart). This one is a keeper. Made my skin look dewy yet flawless (meaning the coverage works!). And stayed on. I think my skin actually feels softer as well. No cons here. And the final clincher -- the price is so right.

LOVE IT!5
I love love love love LOVE this product!! The coverage is great (though a little more full than I'd like), however it covers ALL blemishes perfectly. I recently had an AWFUL experience at the salon which left my face COMPLETELY broke out and this is the only thing that really helps to cover blemishes, even MAJOR ones. It's great, and it's good for you too!

This is wonderful5
This primer is wonderful. I have very dry skin & this product is very hydrating. I hardly need a moisturizer because this is a great moisturizer as well. I highly recomend this product.

The best primer, ever!5
Helps my makeup set better. Leaves my skin with a great texture. Doesn't feel oily or like silicone.

smooths skin4
This hydrates really nicely--might be too much for summer but is great in the dry winter months. It has a slight scent that I am not crazy about.

Secret Concealer - #2

Creamy Coverage4
I just started getting dark circles under my eyes and needed to call out the troops (Secret Concealer, Secret Brighter and Secret Brightening Powder). I like the concealer. It's creamy, easy to apply and comes in four colors to match skin tone. It covers well but to really make the darkness dissappear you need to deflect and set with the other products. I would not be happy with the concealer on its own but as part of a "team" it's excellent. Since I'm not only getting darkness directly under the eye but lower on the bone of the eye socket it's important that the shade be perfect and it is. Go to a Laura Mercier counter and pick it out in person. I took off a star because it doesn't do the whole trick on it own.

the best5
I've tried them all, and this product's the best for covering dark circles. Others sit on top and look obvious, but this one not only blends in, it is very effective to cover up. Texture and colour are excellent. I apply with the brush and then blend with a fingertip.

A BEAUTY EDITOR'S PICK5

In her recent book "Free Gift With Purchase," the Beauty Editor of Lucky Magazine, Jean Godfrey-June, writes: "I'd like to say in every issue that Laura Mercier's concealer is the best....."

I'll second that.

Mercier's pot of Secret Concealer is a bit of magic not only as a cover-up but its moisture-rich, emollient formula is also TLC for the dry, sensitive skin under our eyes. The addition of Vitamin E stays moisture loss while Vitamin A conditions skin.

Just a wee bit of Secret Concealer gives maximum coverage that looks totally natural as it banishes fine lines around the eyes and obscures any darkness or shadows beneath.

I'd recommend setting it with Mercier's Translucent Powder for long lasting day into evening cover.

Loose Setting Powder - Translucent

A make-up must have5
I have a normal to oily skin type and this setting powder works wonders for me. With this powder, make-up stays a little longer. The powder is really light and does not leave a caked on feeling on my face; also no fragrance. Not inexpensive but for me it is worth its price.

Top Notch5
This really is the best of the best when it comes to loose powder. It has a super-fine texture and never looks cakey. It does a fantastic job at combatting shine and keeping your make up looking fresh. It does not clog pores at all and it really does extend the life of your makeup throughout the day.

I really like the translucent shade because, unlike most powders out there, it really is translucent. It doesn't give your face a whiter look . . . it really is virtually invisible.

The coolest part about this is that you get A LOT of powder for your money, so it's well worth it.

This powder gives your face a beautiful, natural finish. It lets your complexion shine through and keeps oils at bay.

A very excellent buy!

Works for ALL skin tones- light, fair, tan, dark or black!5
i tried this product (the translucent shade) during my lunch hour- i was so impressed and went back to buy it after work. i am african and i must say this powder works great with my skin tone. i have seriously oily skin and by the time i get to work, i am 'shining' in an unappealing manner, so other than blotting my face with a napkin (i refuse to spend money on paper blotters- total rip-off), i needed real help.
this powder does the trick, its not cakey, greasy or dry...its truly fine and light. i use it over my m.a.c sheer powder. i'd give it 10 stars if i could...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Tinted Moisturizer - Nude

Product Details
  • Color: Nude
  • Brand: Laura Mercier

Customer Reviews

Seeking Natural but Flawless? You've Just Found Your Match5
If you only want a hit of color and a natural, lightweight amount of coverage, this is the foundation for you. This tint can be worn alone but it's best over your existing moisturizer, especially if you have even a tiny bit of dryness (you don't want your skin to be drinking in makeup, do you?) This moisturizing formula will hydrate, soften, and impart a very healthy looking glow to the skin. Tinted Moisturizer is a great choice for women who want to look natural but still have a few things to cover because the look and feel are sheer and lightweight but it provides light to medium coverage. SPF 20 is a nice addition to help protect the skin from both UVB rays as well as some UVA rays.* On the scale of Laura Mercier's foundations, Tinted Moisturizer provides the lightest coverage. Yet despite being so lightweight in look and feel, Tinted Moisturizer is extremely long wearing, stays color true all day long (a boon to oily skins) and wears evenly.

More than just a makeup product, Laura's Tinted Moisturizer has a special "antioxidant vitamin complex that acts as a free radical scavenger to protect skin from even the most aggressive effects of the environment.* " Who hoo! Bonus!

Notes on shade choices:
Being that it is difficult to render color accurately on a computer for the purpose of color swatches, the following notes should help you select the appropriate shade of Tinted Moisturizer. If you already use one of Laura's foundations and know the color name, I made note of the approximate color of Tint you would likely use.
-VERY FAIR skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Porcelain Ivory or Blush Ivory would use Tinted Moisturizer - PORCELAIN
-FAIR TO LIGHT skin tones or those who use Laura's foundation in the color Warm Ivory would use Tinted Moisturizer - NUDE
-LIGHT TO MEDIUM skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Sunny Beige or Vanilla Beige would use Tinted Moisturizer - SAND
-MEDIUM skin with PINK TONES or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Shell Beige or Vanilla Beige would use Tinted Moisturizer - FAWN (note-this is not super pink)
-MEDIUM skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Golden Beige or Honey Beige would use Tinted Moisturizer - ALMOND
-MEDIUM to DARK skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Suntan Beige or Sunset Beige would use Tinted Moisturizer - TAN
-DARKER skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Toffee Bronze or Deep Bronze would use Tinted Moisturizer - WALNUT

It's quite normal to fall between two shades due to the infinite variety of skin tones and tan variations throughout the year. If this is the case for you, Laura recommends mixing those two shades together to get the perfect, custom match. Many of her clients do this. You'll only use about half the amount of each shade when you mix (therefore each tube lasts you twice as long) so over the space of a year you don't end up spending any more money on foundation than you would if you only purchased one color. Plus you get the bonus of precision matched color. Also, most of us tend to darken a bit in the summer and lighten up a bit in the winter at which point you'll have just the right shade at your fingertips. Another trick I like with Laura's Tinted Moisturizer is mixing a little of it with my oil-free foundation to get a slightly more natural looking finish or to slightly lighten or darken the color here as well.

Easy to Use:
Apply after skincare/moisturizer, using a downward motion with fingertips or a sponge. The downward blending motion helps to keep the foundation from getting under the very tiny, and nearly microscopic hairs we all grow on our faces. A sponge will help you apply the product more evenly than using your fingers. Laura makes a fantastic and machine washable version.

Tinted Moisturizer can be worn with or without Laura's famous, award winning, and best selling Foundation Primer underneath. An application of Foundation Primer first will naturally extend the wear of Tinted Moisturizer especially for oilier skins or all skins in warmer/humid months. If you prefer a soft/slightly moist finish, set the Tint with a small amount of Translucent Loose Powder by lightly tapping with the side of the Powder Brush. For a more matte finish, set Tinted Moisturizer with Translucent Loose Powder or Pressed Setting Powder (which provides more coverage than loose) using the Laura's wonderful and machine washable Powder Puff.

*While being SPF 20 (refers to UVB only), the active ingredients Laura uses in her Tinted Moisturizers do provide a small amount of UVA protection yet are not completely broad spectrum. All of Laura's daytime Moisturizers provide SPF 15 in the form of avobenzone (listed under the chemical name) which is fully UVB and UVA protective. As a professional, freelance makeup artist, this is my preferred route. UVA/UVB sunscreen in a foundation makes it much thicker and can give the color a slightly `off `or `whitish cast. UVA/UVB sunscreen also reflects light and this shows up in pictures as `ghost face' -- a horror for brides when they get their pictures back. Having sunscreen in your moisturizer won't have this same effect because you top it with foundation or powder which keeps the reflection at bay.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer gives a healthy glow4
The only shade other than Nude I would attempt to try is the almond. The sand and fawn are too brownish beige. This is also 20 SPF. Tinted moisturizer is like a hint of color added to your moisturizer, which is why I chose Nude and am happy with the overall look to my face and feel on my skin.

The Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer is easy to apply, feels soft and silky to the skin. It is applied using fingertips. While I was at the counter at Nordstrom the cosmetician used a brush to apply. I liked this better than a cotton ball used at other counters.

A 1.5 ounce tube will last from 4-5 months, probably longer now that fall is here and less coverage is needed for this season. This has an anti-oxidant complex that protects the skin.

I have eczema, allergic to lanolin and check ingredients on all cosmetics before buying. The Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer does not contain lanolin, is Dermatologist tested and not tested on animals. I started using the moisturizer in early summer. This survived the brutal temps in Southern California.

You do not have the caked on look, this is streak free, did not add much shine to my face, more of a glow. I read somewhere online that Sarah Jessica Parker attributes her healthy glow to the Nude shade of the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer as well.

I even used this a few times as an under eye concealer when the skin looked lighter in color and needed a boost. There were no breakouts associated with using the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. It worked well on keeping my rash area covered up with a more healthy look.

The tube is easy to grasp with one hand and remove the twist-off cap in one twist. The contents are squeezed through the opening. Although once you get to the end of the tube you will need to shake it a bit to obtain the remaining droplets. I found that this worked just as well at the bottom of the tube as it did from when first purchased months ago.

This is a tinted moisturizer that works on all skin-types and colors. The price is a bit steep, but I used it all compared to tossing out the Mac Face and Body Foundation and using the Serious Skin Care Tinted Moisturizer infrequently.

good stuff5
I love tinted moisturizers, and this one is by far the best I've used. It's a little thicker than most, but it goes on smoothly and evenly--foolproof. I've even applied it in the car on my daily commute, and it always looks great, even without a mirror. It gives just the right amount of coverage, evening out your skintone without looking madeup. I have light to medium skin tone and unfortunately first purchased the "sand" which was far to orange/brown for my skin. It looks like from the other reviewers I'm not the only one who thought this. The "nude" is a much more neutral tone. You won't find a better tinted moisturizer out there!

Customer Reviews

Very natural.5
Laura Mercier`s products are very high quality. For $65 you`ll get:
-primer (light, moisturizing, preps the skin for foundation),
-tinted moisturizer (it`s great even for some imperfections like broken veins, redness, pimples),
-great concealer (one on the left I apply with smaller brush on the dots; one on the right it seems to dark but actually lightens the skin under eyes-for that I use the bigger brush, or finger),
-loose powder (very lightweight, invisible in pores),
-2 brushes (high quality), velour puff, and sponge (which is very durable, washable in the laundry, and it doesn`t "drink" the foundation (although I prefer my fingers),
-info about products and how to use them.
Make up looks very natural, dewy, doesn`t cake ( to set loose powder I shake off from the puff excess amount when I want a matte look in T-zome). When I feel like I need more coverage I mix a bit of heavier foundation with tinted moisturizer. Make up last all day too (for nights out I prefer more make up on me-different light).
Great quality and very good price. Don`t hesitate, especially if you are looking for transparent no-make up look!
